Venezuela Arrests Opposition Leaders, as U.S. Condemns Move

Intelligence officers​seized two of Venezuela’s most prominent opposition leaders from their homes in what President Nicolás Maduro’s opponents called another step toward autocratic rule after his leftist government held an election widely seen as fraudulent.
