Russia to Kick Out Some U.S. Diplomats Over Sanctions

The Russian Foreign Ministry said Friday it would expel U.S. diplomats and close a U.S. diplomatic retreat outside Moscow, in retaliatory moves that follow a new round of sanctions against Russia passed by Congress.
