Suicide Bomber Kills 22 at U.K. Concert; Children Among Victims

The suicide bomber who killed 22 people and injured dozens of others outside a pop concert in Manchester on Monday night hit one of the softest of soft targets – a mostly young crowd pouring from the exits at the end of the show, police said.
